The wood we use to heat your homes is climbed and cut locally by our team of dedicated tree surgeons then delivered to our site to be processed into logs ready for the kilns.
Any wood not suitable to sell as firewood is then used to heat our large stove within the kiln, which in turn dries your wood, nothing goes to waste.
Saving you Money
The drying process in our solar powered kiln removes most of the water for you, down to below an average of 15% moisture content.
Burning kiln dried logs will help prevent a build-up of soot or tar in your chimney or flue and because you get so much additional heat output, you will use less kiln dried logs than seasoned logs, saving you money.
